Our goal is to share details about public pickleball courts in and around the Phoenix area, where any pickleball player can play with no fees or memberships required to play.
The Paseo Highlands pickleball courts are located in the northwest area of Phoenix off 35th Ave just north of the 101 freeway and west of the 17 freeway. The location is easily accessible from many directions which makes these courts a popular option for local players.
These pickleball courts are part of Paseo Highlands Park and the courts are very busy with good competition for players at all levels that play here.
The amenities at Paseo Highlands Park include a full 48,000 square foot community center with full size basketball courts, an elevated walking track, a fitness center that includes full cardio and weights workout rooms, a game room, computer lab, and many class and conference rooms.
The park grounds include two lighted softball fields, a lighted soccer field, lighted basketball court and volleyball court, a playground, picnic areas with grills and ramadas, and restrooms at the park.

The Paseo Highlands Park pickleball courts include 6 outdoor dedicated courts that stay busy during peak playing hours in the morning and evenings.
The courts are in great shape and the park is well maintained which makes this a nice place to play if you have an opportunity to visit. Players are drawn to these courts because there are several (6) courts to play on and the courts are easily accessible from many directions. The courts typically draw players from Phoenix, Peoria, Glendale, and Scottsdale, all who drive here for open court time and good competition.
